Luis Gazitua developed an incredible work ethic thanks to his family building one of South Florida’s most recognizable restaurant chains. That work ethic coupled with his ability to simplify even the most complex insurance jargon are what makes him invaluable to his clients. Since forming JAG alongside Douglas Jones and Fernando Alvarez in 2013, he has been determined to redefine the insurance experience. That innovation continues today as he leverages social media to create new business relationships and is now leading the charge in the integration of cryptocurrency within insurance. 

Learning a stellar work ethic from my family as they build an iconic restaurant chain throughout South Florida, I understand what it takes to build something from the ground up. That type of empathy is what drives my desire to help business owners expand their businesses by guiding them through their risk management needs. At JAG, I've been able to create a company that gives personable service while having the resources of a larger firm. We are well equipped to help any business protect its hard-earned assets.

My other passion is showcasing the potential of the insurance industry to younger generations. I think the industry has done a poor job of showing the possibilities of careers insurance can offer. It's my goal to rectify this and get new blood into the industry and JAG be a hub of new talent. Mentorship is the best gift you can give to an industry or a community. That's what JAG wants to offer to all newcomers in our industry.
